Poetry, breathwork, mindful stepping & community.
Breath Wander is a unique guided walk for groups in urban green or blue spaces, combining:
- simple breathing practices
- poetry and shared word-based reflection
- silence and walking
These walks have an arc: arrival – deepening – integration – return.
They are secular, accessible, and designed to meet people within everyday professional contexts.
Breath Wander supports:
- presence and attention
- provides a break from intense conferences or meetings
- shared quiet reflection without performance pressure
- gentle, repeatable pauses that people can return to
Here are some of the walks we’ve done…
Lantern Walks at Öredev Nov 2025
Together with Jagadeesh Arunachalam and participants from the Öredev conference we enjoyed a soft pocket in Vattenparken, in Hyllie. The Soft Pockets is my idea of history, recording turbulence and finance, but being held together by overlooked, gentle times.
“all these nows are the soft pockets of history
still lochs between lashing tumult
shouldering weight and sheltering being
untethered buoys strung between seconds
their faint outlines holding the darkness together”

The Conference (Media Evolution) 2024 – A walk by the sea with choral breathwork.

STPLN’s Communitive Festival – The first Breath Wander
“My body prays as it walks
it can petition without words
hope has to leave the chest cavity
there’s no point holding it in
like shoots have to stretch for light
like one breath must leave so another can follow” – From Love in Advance
